Rumor has it that I run fast, of course,  I don’t want the police on my ass,
Rumor has it that I put it down, I admit it, my music be too hot so I drop it,
Rumor has it that I pour the milk before the cereal, actually that’s a fact, I do that.

Walking home in a daze, daydreaming of you,
It brings a smile to my face when I am thinking of you,

A Little Following Brewing…Thank You

After being super active as of 2012 with a PostADay2012 / Project 365 and dropping a new lyric, poem or comedy (4 liners or 4 bars “music wise”) I have noticed a little following on my blog.  I want to THANK YOU for following my blog and hope you are pretty entertained by what I write daily.

It really means a lot to me that you have stopped by and read my work.  Though I may not follow back, I promise to drop by your blog now and then if you have one and show you some love and read couple of your posts.  I will also make sure a drop a comment to show that I came on by and my thoughts on your posts.

I do appreciate if you drop a comment and share your views and/or share with friends my posts if you get a chance, for then I will get to know you more and get some feedback to be a better blogger and writer.  I just want to entertain, and help everyone have a good time and hopefully a good laugh.

My Shorty Mad At Me – Jixi Fox – [#Poetry]

We all can’t be happy every day of the year,
We can’t please everybody or easily over come our fears,
All that yapping and ringing echoing in my ears,
My shorty mad at me but the reasons aren’t always clear,
All the good times we had can overcome the bad,
We fight sometimes, but it’s healthy and normal to be mad,
It’s how we get better together that really shows what we have,
But dang it makes me sad when my love, my shorty is mad again.
We do things to each other that get on each other’s nerves,
We say things we really don’t mean, even low balling in which we don’t deserve,
Just to prove a point for a moment or to touch base with our emotions,
Loud yells and fighting screams, even the silent treatment equals a commotion,
I just want normal days, happy thoughts and a good laugh,
Creating memories of new experiences, leading to brand new paths,
I can’t do all these things when my shorty stay tripping and is mad,
Lord o Lord, why does my shorty got to be like that,
I wish I could ease her mind with a simply “oh, my bad”.
